Co Cellars is a hot company to pair with: A joint venture of ZAFA Wines and Shacksbury Cider, Co Cellars was recently named one of the 100 greatest places in the world to eat and drink by Time. It’s a small room with a bar, some benches and barrels, and glass vessels that hold “just fucking fermented juice,” to borrow ZAFA’s motto.

A third location of Mimmo’s Pizzeria & Restaurant will replace Sorriso this month at 408 Shelburne Road on the border of Burlington and South Burlington. Owner Domenico “Mimmo” Spano opened the original Mimmo’s in St. Albans in 1995 and launched a second in Essex Junction about 17 years ago.
