He included a memo from the director of the nonprofit Police Executive Research Forum, who recommended a range of $130,000 to $160,000 to "be competitive" in the search process.

The group of advocates, including former gubernatorial candidate Brenda Siegel, has been camping on the Statehouse steps for 20 days to demand that Scott expand eligibility for the state’s motel voucher program, which has housed homeless Vermonters during the pandemic.
